Media alert template

Use this template to create a media alert and let the media know about your upcoming event:

Date of media alert release

Your contact info:  Name, phone number and email address

Headline: Event title and date

Who: Who is organizing the event? Who should attend?

What: Description (ex: charity auction, kids marathon)

When: Date(s) and time(s)

Where: Location and other details (wheelchair accessible, parking)

Why: Pupose of the event (ex: to raise money for the homeless)
