HootSuite (free version available) is a social media management tool designed for small to medium-sized businesses that allows you to view and manage all your social media profiles. With HootSuite you can add up to five networks, and it supports Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Foursquare, MySpace, Ping.fm and WordPress. Meghan Peters of Mashables writes, “One of the greatest benefits of social media is finding out more about your audience.
